This Privacy Policy explains what personal data is collected when you use the HATİM mobile application (the "App"), how it is used, and what your rights are. By using the App, you agree to this policy.

The App does not collect sensitive data such as location, contacts, photos or financial information.

We do not sell your data to third parties for advertising.
Your data is kept for as long as your account is active. You can permanently delete your account from within the App via Profile → Delete Account. This deletes your sign-in account, your profile (name, email), your list of taken parts and your support messages. Khatms you created are not deleted, so that other participants don't lose their progress; your name is removed from them. Records of the parts you took in khatms remain without your name so that each khatm's progress is preserved. You can also request deletion by email at the address below.
You have the right to access, correct or request the deletion of your personal data. To exercise these rights, please contact us.
The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from this age group.
Your data is processed over encrypted connections on industry-standard infrastructure (Google Firebase). Access is restricted by server-side security rules.
HATİM has zero tolerance for inappropriate or offensive content and abusive users. Users can report content with the in-app "Report" feature; reported content is reviewed and removed within 24 hours if necessary.
This policy may be updated from time to time. For significant changes, the "Last updated" date on this page will be revised.
